The service

CSV to ICS Converter (csvtoics.app) provides free, browser-based tools for converting and viewing calendar files. By using the site you accept these terms. The tools run entirely on your device; your files are yours and never pass through our systems.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We test the output carefully against the iCalendar standard and major calendar apps, but calendar software is quirky and your files are your responsibility — always preview the events before importing, and import into a fresh calendar when the stakes are high. We are not liable for missed meetings, duplicated events, or any damages arising from use of the site.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. Don't attempt to disrupt the site or misrepresent its output as certified by us. Automated use is fine within reason — the conversion is client-side anyway.

Content and trademarks

Site content (guides, documentation) may not be republished wholesale without permission. Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar are trademarks of their respective owners; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft or Apple.

Pro purchases and refunds

The core converters are free and stay free. The optional Pro unlock (recurring events + saved mapping templates) is a one-time $7 purchase — not a subscription — that unlocks the features via a license key. Pro features run in your browser exactly like the free tools; your files still never pass through our systems.

Payment is processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy — your receipt says which. When Lemon Squeezy handles the sale, it acts as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked. Email support@csvtoics.appwith your order reference and we'll refund in full. A refunded order's license key is revoked and stops validating.
