Expect a reply within a few days rather than a few hours. Anything that needs a correction on the site gets acted on first and answered second — the fix matters more than the reply.
What is worth writing about
- Something here is wrong.This is the most useful mail we get. Tell us which page and what it should say — a screenshot helps. Corrections are made and the page's "last updated" date moves.
- Something is missing. A file your browser choked on, or a format we do not handle yet. Attach a sample if you can share one — that is what turns a bug report into a fix.
- Business. Advertising, partnerships or buying the site — say what you want in the first sentence.
Who we are, and who we are not
This is an independent site, not affiliated with any of the software or file formats it works with. Product and format names belong to their respective owners and appear here only to describe what the tools do.
Where the information comes from: the iCalendar specification (RFC 5545) and testing against real calendar exports. Where something is not confirmed, the page says so rather than guessing — see About for how that is decided.
